Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Hotel Bellman to join our esteemed team in Business Bay, Dubai. As a Hotel Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting them with their luggage, transportation needs, and general inquiries. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival to departure. The position includes visa sponsorship and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient delivery to rooms.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing an overview of hotel facilities and services.
- Assist guests with transportation, including calling taxis, arranging car services, and providing directions.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
- Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and valet teams to ensure coordinated guest service.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
Required Skills
