Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Hotel Bellman to join our esteemed team at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and efficient assistance with luggage and transportation. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage.
- Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage to and from their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with calling taxis or arranging other transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and bell stand area.
- Run errands for guests and the hotel as required.
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
