Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Hospitality Trainee Program. This comprehensive program is designed to provide aspiring hospitality professionals with hands-on experience across various departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. As a Hospitality Trainee, you will work closely with experienced mentors, learn industry best practices, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences at our prestigious five-star hotel. This program offers visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates passionate about starting their career in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in departmental rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide exceptional service, adhering to Rosewood's service standards.
- Support the Front Office team with check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
- Learn and contribute to Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, event setups, and bar service.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping department to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance hospitality skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the brand's reputation for luxury and excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
- Basic computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Prior part-time or internship experience in hotels or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Mandarin).
- Knowledge of basic hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera PMS).
