Job Description
Jumeirah Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hospitality Trainees. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment in Dubai. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training across various departments, offering a foundational understanding of hotel operations and world-class guest service. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in departmental rotations including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
- Assist senior staff in daily operational tasks, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Learn and adhere to Jumeirah Group’s service standards and operational procedures.
- Engage with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a memorable stay.
- Support administrative duties and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Proactively seek learning opportunities and feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (even part-time or volunteer).
- Hospitality-related diploma or degree in progress.
- Knowledge of an additional language.
