Key Responsibilities
- Rotate through various hotel departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to gain holistic operational experience.
- Support daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to Hilton's brand standards and service excellence.
- Interact professionally with guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable stay.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and operational skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's values and culture.
- Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all assigned tasks.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization standards across all operational areas.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
