Job Description

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hospitality Trainees. Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in departmental rotations, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations.
• Assist senior staff in daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
• Learn and adhere to Rosewood's stringent service standards and protocols.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and contribute to creating memorable experiences.
• Support the team in administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Actively seek feedback and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience (even voluntary or part-time) in a customer service or hospitality setting.
• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
