Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through various hotel departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Services to gain comprehensive operational knowledge.
• Assist department managers and supervisors with daily tasks and special projects.
• Learn and adhere to Marriott's brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Interact with guests, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Required Skills

• Strong passion for the hospitality industry and guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management program or related field.
• Prior customer service experience (even if not in hospitality).
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin).
• Demonstrated leadership potential or involvement in extracurricular activities.
