Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all guest areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) like OnQ.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin).
- Previous experience working in the UAE or a similar international setting.
