Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Hospitality Interns at our prestigious St. Petersburg property. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various departments of a luxury hotel, including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services. You will learn the intricacies of daily operations, contribute to our service excellence, and develop a foundational understanding of the luxury hospitality industry under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Front Office operations, including guest check-in/out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Support Food & Beverage team in restaurant service, event setup, and inventory management.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Shadow department heads and participate in daily briefings and operational tasks.
- Learn and adhere to Four Seasons' service standards and operational procedures.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
- Participate in departmental training and development activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be currently enrolled in a hospitality-related degree program or recent graduate.

- Proficiency in Russian language.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, even if not in hospitality.
