Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Intern to join our dynamic team in Sandton, Johannesburg. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various departments within a leading hotel brand. You will support daily operations, learn about guest services, and contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Support front desk operations, including managing reservations and handling guest requests.
- Learn and assist with food and beverage service, including restaurant, bar, and event support.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas and back-of-house operations.
- Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to understand hotel operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals in different hotel functions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company service standards.
Required Skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality management program.
- Previous customer service experience (even if informal).
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems (e.g., Opera PMS) is a plus but not required.
- Multilingual abilities.
