Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Hospitality Associates, encompassing both Bellman and Hospitality Trainee responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, handling luggage and personal belongings with care.
- Provide comprehensive information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and amenities as required.
- Assist with departmental tasks as needed, supporting front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, upholding the highest standards of guest service and hospitality.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously, anticipating needs where possible.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable at all times.
Required Skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication).
