Job Description

In this role, you will work directly with clients in their homes, providing expert guidance and hands-on support to declutter, organize, and optimize various living areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with clients to declutter, sort, and categorize belongings in various home areas (e.g., kitchens, closets, garages, home offices).
  • Implement efficient storage solutions and organizational systems tailored to client lifestyles and preferences.
  • Provide guidance and education to clients on maintaining organized spaces long-term.
  • Recommend and assist with the selection of appropriate organizational products and furniture.
  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
  • Adhere to company standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in professional home organizing, interior design, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items (e.g., storage bins, boxes).

  • Valid UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.

  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
