Job Description
We are urgently seeking motivated and reliable Fruit Pickers / Farm Laborers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season. This is an immediate hiring opportunity, perfect for individuals looking for seasonal work with no prior experience required. You will play a crucial role in the harvesting process, ensuring our produce is picked with care and efficiency to maintain its quality. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork in an outdoor farm environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick a variety of fruits and vegetables according to quality standards and ripeness guidelines.
- Sort and pack harvested produce directly in the field.
- Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, if required.

- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Required Skills
