Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Relations Specialist to join our luxury hotel team in Dubai. This is an incredible opportunity for an English-speaking professional with a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences in a world-class environment. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and exceeds expectations from arrival to departure. This position comes with full visa sponsorship for eligible international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Proactively anticipate guest requirements and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel and the local area.
  • Process guest requests for special arrangements, such as transportation, dining reservations, or tour bookings.
  • Assist with guest departures, ensuring all services are properly billed and accounted for.
  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and colleagues.

Required Skills

  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest-facing role within the luxury hospitality sector
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
  • A genuine passion for service excellence and guest satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Mandarin, Russian)
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with Dubai's tourism landscape and attractions
