Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Relations Specialist to join our prestigious team on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for an English-speaking professional to advance their career in luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and genuine warmth from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, striving for first-call resolution.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests, including room service, housekeeping, and concierge.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their stay.
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback for personalized service.
- Assist with check-out procedures and ensure accurate billing.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of Four Seasons service excellence.
Required Skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Mandarin)
- Previous experience working in the Middle East
