Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Move products manually and using various material handling equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
• Accurately sort, stack, and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack orders according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as required.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a physical labor role or fast-paced environment is an asset, but not required.
