Key Responsibilities

• Operate various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assembly tasks according to standardized work procedures and quality specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on parts and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Identify and report any issues or defects in materials or equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen) to enhance production processes.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing principles and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
• Experience operating industrial machinery.
• Valid forklift operator certification (a plus, but not required).
