Job Description
Rotana Hotels is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for General Laborer positions in Abu Dhabi. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency and pristine condition of our hotels, ensuring a high standard of service for our guests and a supportive environment for our team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform various manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing materials and equipment across different departments.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, conferences, and banquets, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, common spaces, and storage rooms according to established standards.
- Support skilled tradespeople and technicians with their tasks, including carrying tools and supplies, as required.
- Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly to ensure a safe environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and procedures at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and managing inventory movement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall hotel operations.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
