Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Labor – Packaging Associate in Atlanta, GA. This vital role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of our diverse range of beverage products. You will be an integral part of our production line, contributing to the quality and timely delivery of products to our customers. We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual with a strong work ethic who is ready to contribute to a world-renowned brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery, including fillers, labelers, and palletizers, ensuring proper functioning.
- Perform quality checks on finished products and packaging materials to ensure they meet company standards.
- Load and unload materials from conveyors, pallets, and other storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with machine changeovers and minor equipment adjustments as needed.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety hazards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging environment.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
