Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join our packaging team in Sheffield. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production line, responsible for various tasks related to the assembly, packing, and preparation of our packaging products for shipment. This is a hands-on position requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform manual packing, labeling, and quality checks of finished products.
- Load and unload materials from production lines, ensuring proper stacking and organization.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and sorting materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
