Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Laborers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in various stages of our shipbuilding and manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including material handling, loading, and unloading supplies.
- Assist skilled tradespersons with various tasks as needed, such as welding, fitting, and painting support.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Support production lines by moving products, components, and equipment.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products as instructed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow strict safety guidelines.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
