Job Description
Intel Corporation is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for General Labor positions within our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Chandler, Arizona. As a General Labor team member, you will perform a variety of crucial tasks supporting our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient and safe production flows. Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades and manufacturing technicians with various tasks.
- Perform material handling, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
- Support inventory management and material staging processes.
- Participate in routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance activities as directed.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve production goals.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, stooping) for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and task management.
