Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient General Helper to join our team in Sharjah. This immediate start position is vital to the smooth operation of our hypermarket, involving a variety of tasks that support our daily activities and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively within a fast-paced retail environment. We provide visa sponsorship for qualified international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the loading, unloading, and stocking of merchandise.
  • Organize and maintain product displays according to company standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store premises, including shelves, aisles, and storage areas.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed, including customer service assistance.
  • Handle and transport goods safely within the store.
  • Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation.
  • Support team members with operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
