Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general farm duties, including planting, irrigating, cultivating, and harvesting various crops.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment, tools, and machinery under supervision.
- Assist with field preparation, including tilling, fertilizing, and soil amendment applications.
- Monitor crop health, identify common pests and diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
- Participate in the maintenance and repair of farm infrastructure, such as fences, irrigation systems, and buildings.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
- Learn and apply techniques for efficient water usage and sustainable farming.
- Follow instructions from farm managers and team leaders to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, dust).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
