Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team in Calgary. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment center operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, picked, and packed efficiently and accurately. This is an immediate hire position for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments and accurately scan product barcodes.
• Sort and place products on shelves according to organizational standards.
• Pick customer orders from inventory using handheld scanners.
• Pack and ship orders, ensuring proper labeling and packaging for safe transit.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet jacks if certified (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 49 pounds for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
