Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Full-Time Hotel Housekeeper to join our team in Manchester. As a Housekeeper, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to the overall guest experience and the reputation of our esteemed hotel. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a keen eye for cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and clean all surfaces thoroughly.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to management.
• Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain an organized and tidy housekeeping cart and storage areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
