Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team as an Entry Level Team Member at our Spokane location. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in hospitality, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for many guests, setting the tone for their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide guests with accurate information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk area.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
