Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Food Production Workers to join our team in Quebec City. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the food processing industry. As a Food Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the efficient and safe production of our high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment.
- Perform tasks related to food processing, packaging, and handling.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Inspect products for quality control and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shifts.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical dexterity and strength to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a production environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (minimum 6 months).
