Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform various tasks involved in the processing, packaging, and handling of food products.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, quality, and hygiene standards and procedures.
• Conduct quality checks and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.
• Assist with sanitation and general cleanup of the production area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 kg, and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of food safety principles (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is an asset.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (not food specific) is a plus.
