Job Description

Kempinski Hotels is seeking a passionate and dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join our esteemed team at Hotel Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg. As an F&B Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests, working across various outlets including our restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare dining areas for service, ensuring cleanliness and proper arrangement.
• Assist guests with seating and present menus clearly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to kitchen/bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Clear tables and reset them efficiently between courses or for new guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other service staff.
• Ensure all guests receive a memorable and personalized service experience.

• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience (6+ months) in a food & beverage role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene regulations.
• No German language proficiency required.
• Hospitality vocational training or relevant certification is a plus.
