Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Delivery Couriers to join our team in Munich. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver and collect a variety of parcels and documents to designated locations within Munich and surrounding areas.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely delivery targets are met while providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including proof of delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve minor issues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company security protocols.
- Represent DHL Express in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid German driving license (Class B or equivalent).
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
