Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently, including cash and card payments.
- Prepare food items according to Burger King's strict quality standards, recipes, and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure all food preparation and serving areas are clean, organized, and meet health code regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, which may include cleaning equipment, stocking, and preparing for the next shift.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily goals and provide excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally and courteously.
