Job Description
Join the G’s Fresh team as a Seasonal Farm Worker for our upcoming fruit harvest in Bishop Auckland, County Durham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to the food supply chain, and gain valuable agricultural experience. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to help us pick and pack fresh fruit during our busy harvest period.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and harvest a variety of fruits according to quality standards.
- Pack harvested produce into appropriate containers, ensuring minimal damage.
- Assist with general farm duties as required, including field preparation and clearing.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
