Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Farm Workers to join our seasonal team for the upcoming fruit harvest. This is a temporary, on-site role based in Llandaff, Cardiff, ideal for individuals looking for outdoor work, a chance to be part of a vital agricultural process, and contributing to the provision of fresh produce. You will be responsible for the careful picking and packing of various fruits, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage of the harvest. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and harvest various types of berries and other fruits according to specific quality standards.
- Efficiently pack harvested fruit into appropriate containers, ensuring minimal damage and optimal presentation.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations on the farm.
- Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, if required.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work collaboratively with the farm team to achieve daily harvest targets.
