Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our General Production Team as Factory Workers at our Avonmouth facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for immediate full-time employment within a supportive and dynamic manufacturing environment. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the efficient and safe operation of our production lines, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of our products. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on equipment as required.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines.
- Package finished goods according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
