Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring various production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performing routine quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Assisting with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials and finished products within the facility.
• Following detailed instructions and production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, and move heavy objects regularly throughout a shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or general production environment (at least 6 months).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift certification or experience operating similar industrial equipment is a plus.
