Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established quality standards and specifications.
• Perform basic tests and measurements using standard quality control equipment.
• Document inspection results accurately and promptly, identifying and reporting any deviations or non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production team members to understand product requirements and quality expectations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized quality control workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve quality control knowledge and skills.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (even if not in QC).
