Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products according to established specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic measurements and tests using standard inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) after receiving training.
• Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, identifying and reporting any deviations or non-conformances.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
• Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of product specifications, quality procedures, and industry standards.
• Assist in maintaining quality records and data for traceability and continuous improvement efforts.

• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a bonus, but training will be provided.
