Job Description

Frito-Lay is seeking highly motivated and reliable Factory Production Workers to join our dedicated manufacturing team in City of Industry, CA. This crucial on-site role involves various aspects of the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing lines to meet rigorous quality standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Perform routine quality checks on products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
• Accurately load raw materials and components onto production lines and unload finished products, ensuring proper handling, sorting, and storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all sanitation, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
• Promptly identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, quality deviations, or production issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those pertaining to safety, quality assurance (QA), and attendance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets, optimize efficiency, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Required Skills

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Proven ability to work effectively and contribute positively within a team-oriented setting.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
• Previous experience (1+ years) in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating similar industrial equipment (if applicable to specific line assignments).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other food safety regulations.
