Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks in a warehouse and production environment, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch.
• Operate various equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production and operational goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Required Skills

• Ability to understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs), bend, and reach for extended periods.
