Job Description
Join Spirit AeroSystems as an Entry-Level Factory Production Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start a career in aerospace manufacturing with no prior experience required. You will be trained to perform various tasks related to the assembly, fabrication, and finishing of aircraft components and structures, contributing directly to the production of cutting-edge aerospace technology. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply manufacturing processes and procedures for aircraft component production.
- Perform assembly operations using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Inspect parts and structures for defects, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Operate various types of machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
