Job Description

Join the Kellogg’s team as a Factory Production Associate at our state-of-the-art facility in Manchester. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with all the necessary skills. You will play a crucial role in the production line, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various processes to produce our beloved food products. We operate on a rotating shift pattern (days, nights, weekends) to support our 24/7 production, offering consistent work and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Performing quality checks on products and packaging to ensure adherence to company and food safety standards.
• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods from production lines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assisting with basic machine setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and maintain operational efficiency.
• Accurately documenting production data and completing necessary paperwork.
• Following all health, safety, and environmental regulations and reporting any concerns immediately.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory, production, or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential.
• An understanding of basic food safety principles (e.g., HACCP, GMP) is a plus, though full training will be provided.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
