Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and efficient Factory Packers to join our dynamic team at the Kansas City Assembly Plant. Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality control, identifying and reporting any defects.
- Accurately count, weigh, and label packaged items according to specifications.
- Prepare finished products for shipment by loading onto pallets, wrapping, and banding.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving materials and stocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to product handling and safety.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
