Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and efficient Factory Packer to join our production team in Provo, UT. This entry-level position is crucial for ensuring our products are correctly packaged and prepared for shipment, maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
• Inspect products for quality defects or damages before packaging.
• Label and stack packed items accurately for warehousing and shipment.
• Operate basic packing machinery such as tape dispensers, shrink wrap machines, or other tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
