Job Description

We are immediately seeking dedicated and efficient Factory Packers to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a Factory Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high-quality products are meticulously prepared for distribution, maintaining the standards our customers expect. Key Responsibilities

• Operate packing machinery efficiently and safely, ensuring continuous workflow.
• Inspect products for quality defects before and after packaging, reporting any issues.
• Load and unload materials and products from production lines.
• Accurately label and stack packaged goods onto pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall factory hygiene.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25kg.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP).
• Certification in basic first aid or manual handling.
