Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Factory Packer to join our production team in Queen Creek, Arizona. As a Factory Packer, you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process, responsible for preparing, inspecting, and packaging finished goods to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies.
  • Accurately package products into boxes, containers, or pallets according to specifications.
  • Label and stack packaged goods correctly for storage or shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management by recording packaged goods and materials used.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to the supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs regularly and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience operating basic packaging machinery.
