Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives within our Lekki office. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous planner, an excellent communicator, and possess the ability to manage complex schedules, sensitive information, and various projects with professionalism and efficiency. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth daily operations and strategic objectives of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and emails.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations for executive review.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as assigned by executives.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all documents, both electronic and physical.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other departmental forms.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness with confidential information.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a multinational professional services firm.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
  • Certification in administrative professional courses.
