Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and welcoming Event Greeter to join our team. As an Event Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for guests attending various events held at our prestigious hotel. Your primary role will be to create a positive and inviting atmosphere, assist guests with directions and information, and ensure a smooth flow during event registrations and activities. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all guests attending events with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Provide clear directions and information regarding event locations, facilities, and schedules.
  • Assist with guest registration and check-in processes as required.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area for events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance.
  • Liaise with event organizers and hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all ongoing events and hotel services.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
