Job Description
Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team in the UK. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in full lifecycle ERP implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Analyze client business processes and requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize ERP modules to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and deliver user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within client environments.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting roles.
- Proficiency with at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday).
- Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
