Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team in Missoula, Montana. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle ERP implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize ERP modules to align with client business processes and best practices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and integrity of ERP system configurations and customizations.
- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within client environments.
- Stay current with emerging ERP technologies, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation.
- Proven expertise with at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday).
- Strong understanding of core business processes (e.g., Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and design appropriate ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., SAP Certified, Oracle Certified Professional).
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
